Card Payment & Refund Policy

This policy applies exclusively to online card payments made via payment links generated by NETOPIA Payments, using Visa and Mastercard cards.

Card payments

Payments are processed online through secure payment links provided by NETOPIA Payments.
After completing the payment, the customer will receive a transaction confirmation by email.

Card payment represents an alternative payment method, available in certain situations, depending on the customer’s choice.

Refunds

Refunds are available only for services that have not yet been started.

No refunds are available for contracted services that have already started or for which a contract has been signed, due to the customized nature of the services provided.

Refund requests are reviewed and processed within up to 14 calendar days, depending on internal procedures and banking processing times.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

Consumers have the right to request alternative dispute resolution procedures.

In case of a dispute, consumers may submit a complaint to:
