Directive (EU) 2020/1057 of 15 July 2020 on the secondment of drivers in the road transport sector entered into force on 02.02.2022.

From then on, communication with the authorities will be done through the IMI Internal Market Information System, a secure online tool that facilitates the exchange of information between public authorities involved in the practical application of EU law.
Through the ALL INCLUSIVE package offered by Tax Back Consulting, you have at your disposal all the services that involve the application of the law of secondment in EU countries, namely:

• company registration, drivers, trucks
  
• requesting, canceling or modifying the declarations of secondment
  
• sending detachment declarations in digital format with QR code to the company
  
• transmission to the authorities of the information / documents requested in case of control
